All reservations are prepaid for the room plus any taxes or fees, and a charge/credit card (Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club) is needed to book the room.

The details of your credit card are secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Credit card details are only used to pay for accommodation booked through our service. These details are stored securely and we ensure that the CC information is not used for any other purpose and will never be provided to any third person/party.

To complete a reservation for someone else, simply type in his/ her name instead of yours for guest name. Use the billing address for the credit card you are using as the address.

We will send you a confirmation e-mail after you complete your reservation. This e-mail will include the dates of your reservation and the price.

» What is agent commission for reservations?

The commission may be paid up to 8% of consumed bookings.

» When is the commission actually generated?

A commission is generated when the guest fulfills the reservation by consuming the room, i.e. staying the actual number of nights booked. The commission then gets processed to a pay period 30 days after the guest has checked out. Commission checks are mailed to you on the 15th of each month following each pay period.

All commissions are paid in US dollar.
